- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Visited the pediatric ward in the emergency department last night, with our daughter who was quite ill. Found one particular staff member (who was a nurse) very rude in the way we were treated - caught her pulling her face many times in a sarcastic way. When everything was OK to leave, and she had finished, she did not have the courtesy to say she had finished, so we were left there waiting. Had to go out and ask her if we could go, which she answered yes. She made us uncomfortable with her demeanor. Personally, a nurse like this should not be around children and should be careful with her expressions, probably when she's under the assumption no one is looking. I just wish i had her name which was never introduced to us - and i would make a complaint. I am quite concerned if this is her normal behaviour, the treatment of her patients.by Sam danApril 06, 2017
